Shipping Information

This will depend on the shipping method you have selected, see our delivery information for more information. We aim to dispatch all parcels within 1 - 2 working days.

You will receive a tracking number to your email address or through SMS based on the information you have provided on your account. If you do not receive this you can request it by emailing us at info@westholmeinteriors.com

Yes, all our couriers require a signature on receipt of delivery. If you are not in the courier should leave a card for you to arrange collection from a local depot or rearrange delivery.

For deliveries within the UK we use Royal Mail.

We only deliver to the UK at the moment.

We offer both standard & express UK delivery services.

Yes, you can add multiple addresses to your account address book, or just add a different delivery address at checkout.

Returns

Items purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund. The item(s) you wish to return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition. Please note we do not offer exchanges and once an order has been placed we cannot amend it. The order must be returned (at your cost) and reordered. For damaged items please email info@westholmeinteriors.com

Any items bought in a clearance sale in store are not eligible to return for a refund, unless the item is faulty.

We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of reciept of your item(s). You will be notified when the refund has been processed and we will credit you using the original method of payment you used to order the item(s). Please note payments can take up to a further 10 days to show on your card.

Please email us as soon as possible at info@westholmeinteriors.com to resolve any issues. We may ask for you to provide evidence of damages / incorrect items to agree a refund.

ORDERS

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot amend it and can only cancel it if it has not been processed. Please contact info@westholmeinteriors.com as soon as possible after the order is placed.

The best way to order is always through our website as our telephones are not manned 24hrs. If you do still want to place an order by phone our number is +44 (0)1224 502199 and you can always leave a message for one of the team to get back to you.

Payments can be made by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or Klarna.

This can be entered in the coupon code box at the checkout.

Yes, you can earn Westholme Interiors Points (WHIPS), giving you money off your purchases. Points are earned every time you spend with us. Free points will be gifted to you when you sign up, as well as when you follow us on Facebook and Instagram and you will receive a £5 voucher whenever you refer a friend (your friend will get one too!). Click on the Westholme Rewards button at the bottom of the website to join and to find out more.

Rewards can only be redeemed online and not in store.
